Based in the heart of Brighton, we've been spreading smiles and laughter with our circus skills and entertainment, and thanks to a fantastic increase in bookings, we're expanding.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Passionate Performers and Workshop Leaders: Whether you're already a circus skill enthusiast or eager to learn, we're looking for motivated and confident individuals ready to dazzle at children's parties, lead engaging workshops for all ages, and perform in captivating circus acts. Our activities span across Sussex and occasionally London and surrounding areas, offering a wonderful mix of entertainment opportunities.

• Circus Skills Enthusiasts: While having a circus skill is a fantastic bonus, what we really value is your willingness to learn and become proficient in at least two of our core skills and the willingness to learn basic skill level for all the rest. We specialise in Hula Hooping, Juggling, Diabolo, Poi Spinning, Flower/Devil Sticks, Plate Spinning, Clown/Unicycle, Contact Staff, and Tightrope Walking. A background in gymnastics or dance? Even better!

• Vibrant Personalities: You'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences. So, a positive, personable attitude, confidence, and a love for working with kids are essential. We believe in making every event magical, and you'll be key to achieving this.

 

What Do We Require?

• Transport & Storage: You must be a licenced driver with your own vehicle, capable of travelling across Sussex/London and surrounding counties and space to store a circus kits at home (think 20 large hoops, two large suitcases and a speaker).

• Over 18yrs of age.

• Availability: Ready to join in the fun mostly on weekends (available a minimum 3 out of 4).

• Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language is crucial for engaging our audience and participants.

• Eligibility: Permission to work in the UK.

• Background Check: A basic DBS is required, but don't worry if you don't have one – we can assist in applying.

• Positive Attitude and Confidence is a must!

• Ability to practice and train your circus/entertainment skills in your own time.

• Training & Support: No experience? No problem! We provide full training, monthly skill improvement sessions, and all the equipment, costumes, sound system and props you'll need for each event. Plus, you'll become an Equity member!

• Rewarding Work: We offer great hourly rates and a job that promises fun, variety, and the chance to make a difference. Just as an example when fully trained and running solo parties we offer £75 for 1 hour parties, £85 for 1.5 hour parties and £100 for 2 hour parties with travel pay added when over 15 miles from your location.

• Flexibility: Perfect for balancing with studies or other commitments.
